The answer to that is possibly, but probably not. About ninety percent of the time we’re able to appear on your behalf, you can have a presence in court without actually having to physically be there. Your presence will be through us as your attorney, you will be considered Present by Council.

If you’re going to need to appear we’re going let you know upfront so you not going be surprised. You’re going to know that you need to come to court; unless you hear otherwise from us, you probably don’t need to on reckless driving. There’s more about this in our book Solve YOUR Virginia Traffic Case. Feel free to call 800-680-7031 for a free a copy of the book or for a free consultation.
