Daniel Berrios, Associate
Dan was born, raised and educated in Virginia. As a member of the Virginia State Bar and the United States Federal Bar for the Eastern District of Virginia, his practice has focused on DUI, traffic and criminal litigation involving civilian and military personnel. Dan was elected and served on the Prince William Soil and Water Conservation District Board from 2002-2006 and appointed to the Prince William County Community Services Board 2003-2006. He also attended the Sorensen Institute for Political Leadership and was a staff member for the 54th Presidental Inauguation Commitee, was the producer and host of a cable access program “Environmentally Speaking” and is a Notary Public at large for the Commonwealth. He is a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church, the Norfolk Portsmouth Bar Association, Camellia Shores Civic League and is dedicated to the proposition that everyone deserves justice and it is his duty to provide a diligent defense.
